I specialize in client services- pro-actively representing my clients in the purchases and sales of residential homes,condos,and duplexes within the Greater Nashville areas including:all of Historic East Nashville, Inglewood& Brush Hill, Donelson, West Meade, Vanderbilt,Hillsboro Village, Belmont,Bellevue,and Green Hills.Helping Sellers to prepare their home to show well, to price right to sell quickly and close smoothly- is one of my strengths!
I'm all about details, and verifing- and there is plenty of that in every transaction! My experience of having participated in over 250 successfully closed transactions (for listings & purchases)in the past six years- has helped set me apart; and has served to build my business on referrals from my past clients and associates. Personal
I have been a resident of East Nashville area for the past 14 years,currently residing in Vanderbilt/Hillsboro Village. Prior to becoming a passionate, award winning, CRS & ABR designated real estate professional- my past professions include artist-writer(12 years);film/video production /coordinator/manager(12 years),& operations manager of The Film Worker's Club editing facitity in Nashville(2 years).I enjoy the desert most of all, and the ocean; music,films,comedy,art;golf & tennis; bike riding;backgammon;computer technology & digital photography,home improvement (Martha Stewart meets Dwell at Ikea...),traveling home to southern California to visit family and Palm Springs to get inspired-or to a warm Carribean Beach!
