|  We met Melissa and started looking at houses on the first Sunday after Thanksgiving. After having looked at a few houses Melissa was able to get a feel for what we liked and disliked in a house and what we were specifically looking for. The afternoon was passing by quickly and Melissa asked if we minded going to look at one more home for the day because she thought this house might be of interest to us. The minute we walked in the door we were just blown away by this house because it fulfilled all our needs and desires including the price. We decided to make an offer on the house immediately and sat down with Melissa and drew up a contract. Within 2 hours Melissa was calling me back to tell me that the offer had been accepted. From that moment on the entire process went so fast I still have to stop and remind myself that we bought a house because this process was so quick and easy that I didn’t really feel like buying the house. I have heard so many horror stories over the years that I was actually terrified about purchasing and thought that we would possibly be completed with the process and moved by spring if we started in the fall. As it turned out we ended up going to closing on the house three weeks after we made the offer and we moved by New Years. We are so happy owning our own home and we really owe it all to Melissa. She handled everything and had all the answers to my questions before I even finished asking them. Thank you Melissa you are the best.
